Lime - JMAC Chicken Lime Pozole Soup (Winner)
Everyone loved this tasty Chicken Lime Pozole Soup brought by John M.!
Moroccan - Bestilla (Winner)
From Dave L.
We jokingly call this chicken strudel - It's chicken, seasoned scrambled eggs, almonds, cinnamon, powdered sugar and buttered filo all layered and wrapped in filo. It might not sound appetizing, but it is heavenly. Foget the diet this night!
This is time consuming, but worth it! (link). We'll post a picture later on.
Cheers, Dave & Sue

Chocolate - Dave's Mole
We made this recipe as is, except we used Ghiradelli's Semi-sweet chocolate and added 1/2 oz Ghiradelli's 60% cocoa. For Second Sunday, the sauce wasn't cooked down enough and was slightly runny (and less flavorful as a result). Cook it down until it's about the texture of a medium thick milk shake. Serve over chicken breast or simmer poached chicken for a few minutes in the sauce.
